Any of the licensed versions of ScheduleWhiz® Academic come with free, unlimited e-mail support and free software upgrades for a period of one year from the licensing date. We typically answer questions within 24 hours. We also notify you by e-mail when software upgrades become available.
This support continues beyond the first year, when you have purchased an indefinite license and purchase the yearly maintenance.
